The British and Commonwealth Women's Association  was founded in 1962.   Membership is open to all women who are, or who are married to, British or Commonwealth nationals.  We also have some non British and non Commonwealth members. Please contact us for further membership information.

Join today to speak English, meet other expats,  and to enjoy the company of like minded people in Paris with whom you can take part in a variety of activities.

Please note that some of our activities are not running at the moment in line with current guidelines relating to COVID-19.  Details of those activities that are still running can be found on our Calendar and in our members' monthly Newsletter.

In addition to our special activity groups, we also hold weekly meetings for our members to get together. These are usually held on Tuesdays and Fridays from 11 am to 3 pm, but are currently suspended until further notice.

A monthly Newsletter giving details of activities in the coming month is sent to all members, and a supplementary news sheet is sent approximately every ten days by e-mail with last minute information, news of exhibitions on in Paris, recipes and a reminder of BCWA events that month.
