Special Lunch: Let's taste the flavours of Uyghur

Save the date for this special lunch at a restaurant in the 9th district, where we will taste the flavours of Uyghur!

Lunch Menu 20€

Entrée : Samusa- onion + beef balls served with a small salad

Choice of mains :
All the noodles (chop) are homemade.
1. Merwayit Chop-thin noodles cooked with vegetables and meat. (vegan option)
2. Qorma Chop- noodles sauté lightly spiced  with capsicums and meat (vegan option)
3. Polo(rice)–traditional Uyghur rice dish, cooked with carrots,lamb and raisins
4. SUYQASH – ravioli served in a broth

Dessert: Special Uyghur yogurt -blueberry, apricot or peanut flavours

Teas: Thé Uyghur-Black tea, Fleur de Rose-Gul Chay,Thé au lait,
Chilan Chay–Black tea with honey and jujube fruits.

The Uyghurs are a Turkish ethnic group originating from and culturally affiliated with the general region of Central and East Asia. They are recognized as native to the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region in Northwest China and are one of China’s 55 officially recognized ethnic minorities.
