Let’s travel to the Himalayas and discover local food at a Tibetan restaurant in the 5th arrondissement of Paris on Wednesday, 18th May 2022 at 12h00.

- Appetizer: Samthut-porridge of roasted barley flour, spinach, soy and coriander
- Choice of mains:
1) Shamomok-steamed beef raviolis
2) Bagthoug–beef soup
3) Noodles fried with beef (also vegetarian option)
- Dessert:Fromage blanc banana and apricot
- Coffee or Tibetan tea.
Staple foods in Tibet are roasted barley, yak meat, and butter tea.
